Apart from the fun stuff they also have a great client portfolio with some of the biggest names in the business services, SMEs, pro-services, creative industries and technology sectors.
Due to rapid business growth they are looking for an Account Manager to join the team.
The Role
A client facing, energetic Account Manager is required to join the b2b team. You may be a Senior Account Executive ready to step up to the next level or already an Account Manager and looking for more recognition and responsibility. Many of the clients you would be working with are businesses in the services, technology and marketing sectors and there will be the opportunity to be client facing and to progress rapidly. Key duties will include
• Media relations
• Team management
• Advising clients where necessary
• Writing media releases
• Running and monitoring social media campaigns
• Understand client strategy and account work-loads inside-out
Candidate specifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A background in b2b and corporate PR particularly if your clients have included SMEs, business and professional services, media agencies or tech
• Have achieved Senior Account Executive level already and be able to demonstrate some team management experience
• Looking to step up to Account Manager
• Have some experience of crisis management issues;
• A knowledge of the relevant trade press (business services, marketing, tech sector)
• Client facing experience
• Excellent writing skills
• The ability to hit the ground running and turn their hand to any challenge
• An in-depth knowledge of social media
