High profile, London based, beauty representation agency seeks an ambitious, experienced Brand Partnership Manager to join their management team.

Representing top Hair, Make-up, Beauty and Wellness professionals, this agency provides talent across high-profile live events and instore brand activations, Hotel and Private booking to office soirees, film premieres and red-carpet appearances.

This position requires strong new business acumen and will hold a pivotal position within this busy agency.

About the Role: A key responsibility will be to maintain the link between client and artist/s in the delivery of all agency business activations, day to day bookings, new business and event scheduling. This is a permanent, central London, office-based role, that will require an experienced, proactive and organised individual.

Responsibilities:

• New business, artist liaison and bookings management
• Servicing London, Manchester, UK and International brand activations
• Client liaison – close collaboration in all aspects of project delivery
• Procuring opportunity and providing relevant talent for all activations
• Supporting aspirational creatives in the execution of their work
• New Business (B2B) – proactively seeking opportunity

Qualifications:

• A relevant background in talent management, PR, PA, Hospitality, Hair, Beauty, Wellness industries

Required Skills:

• Excellent client and multiple artist handling skills: ability to forge and develop these relationships
• The ability to think, manage and act proactively, with strong negotiation skills
• Proven commercial acumen
• High energy, great communication and inter-personal skills
• Organised, efficient with good attention to detail
• Intuitive ability to spot opportunity and exposure development
• A collegiate, calm under pressure style with attitude!
