A bright, inquisitive Senior Account Executive is needed to join this equally dynamic PR agency. It has a reputation of always being ahead of the curve, helping top notch global clients navigate the communications challenges of today and anticipate the issues they face. Working across clients from all industries including high street retailers, fmcg brands, FS, fintech, education you should have a background and interest in corporate comms and media relations and be keen to join a team that works on high profile issues.

The Role

• Working across corporate comms and public affairs campaigns
• Supporting on media relations campaigns
• Project managing and other key outputs alongside the team, as well as playing an active role in the running of client accounts
• Spotting industry issues and understanding the implications
• Identifying and building relationships with clients’ target media, stakeholders and developing strong client relationships
• Develop strong understanding of relevant client’s business and how to communicate with key stakeholder audiences
• Prepare for live issues and other high stakeholder moments
• Helping the team to shape and respond to government and regulatory policy proposals
• Generating creative ideas to bring campaigns to life via media and digital channels
• Stay well informed and share knowledge with teams and clients

Skills:

• A background and interest in corporate comms and possibly policy/public affairs
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to build good client relationships, the media and team members
• Ability to make valuable contributions in internal and external meetings
• Experience in generating good quality research and presenting insights in a useable and engaging way
• Motivated to build your own skills and knowledge and willingness to ask questions along the way
• Enthusiasm about creativity and campaigning as well as managing reputational risk
• A positive, flexible and ambitious team player
