Anne Carter has over twelve years recruitment experience, and before that enjoyed a career in PR, working across corporate communications, consumer and B2B PR in some of London’s leading integrated agencies.
Anne’s personal experience of crisis and issues PR, and corporate reputation work, stands her in good stead when interpreting client briefs and assessing candidates’ fit in these disciplines. Having worked as a freelance PR consultant for a number of years she also has a firm grasp of this market and the speed of response required.
Anne has earned herself a reputation as a professional and extremely thorough recruitment consultant having worked with both global groups as well as specialist PR and communications agencies and major blue-chips.

Tanya Ferris has over a decade’s experience in PR and Communications recruitment and, having previously worked in public relations, she brings considerable expertise and industry knowledge to the hiring process. She has had previous success in building both permanent and freelance desks during her time spent directing two leading London recruitment businesses, before deciding to start her own consultancy in partnership with Anne Carter in 2013.
Client sector experience extends across the PR industry from Consumer to Corporate and Charity to Public Sector, Retail, Healthcare and Technology. Tanya offers a hands on, mentoring style when working with experienced candidates and this in turn provides integrity and expert counsel to her clients. Her skills are now also being used to offer career counselling and training, whilst working in partnership with individuals and organisations alike.
Tanya will recruit teams to work across all sectors and all levels and across consultancy and in-house comms functions.
