ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (PR)| Enterprise,Media Marketing,Tech Agency

This fantastically motivated and creative PR and comms agency is looking for an equally enthusiastic new team member to join their dynamic business. The opportunity would be to work across high profile clients within the media marketing, enterprise, retail and tech sectors (from exciting start-ups to world leading, global business) and to help execute key brand messaging that drives business service and reputation. Key responsibilities:

• Identifying strategies to address client objectives.
• Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of business
• Develop and run thought provoking and creative campaigns
• Work with and motivate high calibre enthusiastic team members
• Convert programmes into activation

Candidate specifications

• Demonstrate sound knowledge of your specialist market sectors with a background in corporate and/or b2b communications
• No specific sector required but knowledge of and interest in business enterprise, media marketing, entrepreneurship, real estate, technology, financial & pro services would be beneficial
• Lead client meetings and events
• Identify and support new revenue opportunities as well as growing existing business
• Maintain profitability of account portfolio
• Deliver effective line management that encourages, supports and develops team members.
• Demonstrate writing skills beyond core PR content to include project proposals, presentations and wider forms of communication content.
• Lead new business pitches.
• Facilitate creative sessions including brainstorms and client meetings.
• Contribute to the day-to-day management of the agency’s business
