ACCOUNT MANAGER – ACCOUNT DIRECTOR | Automotive, Motorsport Agency

This team of brilliant creative comms experts split across their London and Dubai offices is looking for an AM and AD to join their UK team to specialise in the Automotive, Sports and Technology clients.

You will join a multi-skilled team working across ever changing, exciting campaigns with a focus on the future of mobility and sustainability. No two days are the same from being part of a brainstorming for big integrated campaign ideas, to unlocking broadcast media opportunities, telling stories creatively on social media channels or being part of new business pitches. This is a stella opportunity if you are seeking a new challenge or looking to take the next step on the career ladder.

The Role

• You’ll be working across a number of accounts representing a range of iconic car brands
• Provides the opportunity to come up with creative ideas that you’ll then help bring to life
• Learn, develop and grown in a supporting and nurturing environment
• Be part of a passionate team of communications professionals
• Develop strong content across multi-channels (b2c and b2b)
• Support on new business development and pitching
• Run/manage media relations campaigns and full activations using data to generate news stories
• Hybrid and fully flexible working with 3 office based days per week

Skills:

• A strong communicator who can manage upwards as well as prioritise their own work and the team supporting
• Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Well informed about current affairs, with an interest in technology, mobility & sustainability
• A logical and clear thinker with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
• An ability to juggle conflicting priorities and plan and prioritise your own work
• Be passionate about good, simple and effective PR/comms with a strong eye for an editorial angle
• A desire to challenge and be challenged
• An appetite for progression
• Quick learner, adaptable and pragmatic thinker, while being tenacious, results driven and resilient
• Show initiative and commercial drive
• A team player with the gravitas to work alongside senior stakeholders
