ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR | FMCG, Drinks Agency

CF0704 | London | up to £75K++

This London based, award winning, global PR and creative agency is looking for an Associate Director with strong brand and global experience to lead on some of the largest brands within this flagship PR and Influence portfolio. You’ll work across global, Europe wide and UK projects including campaign delivery, brand partnerships and talent handling. Working as a lynchpin running the PR team across fully integrated, high profile client business.

Based in London, but working to their hybrid model, this role will require someone with passion and gravitas, to manage a large proactive team fielding campaign implementation, activation and development. In addition to having an interest in and/or experience of working in music, art and fashion sectors, this role will also require strong client handling and excellent management skills across all communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Working across a stellar, global brand within the Drinks sector primarily
• Overall responsibility for the account, team and client relationships and development opportunities
• Able to actively contribute to all brand planning; strategic, creative, budget
• Collaborate and cross fertilise with agency partners – to produce innovative, effective and integrated campaigns.
• Offer dynamic and inspirational management style from executive to c-suite level
• Keeping abreast of key industry trends and issues and advising accordingly
• Able to dive right in and develop and shape a division – driving global brand vision on behalf of high profile, lifestyle brands

Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of the consumer brand media sector (notably fmcg, retail and drinks)
• Strong communicator (written and verbal) across all channels
• High level of understanding and track record of integrated campaigns
• Large agency background – Ideally London based and consumer brands focussed
• Team leadership and senior client counsel experience
• Demonstration of team management experience
• Experienced in financial budgeting including responsibility for the team
• Logical, organised thinking matched by creative flair and aptitude
