Our client is a leading global, strategic comms agency based in London are they’re on the lookout for a newly established Associate Director. They’d like a driven and passionate professional, looking to achieve their personal best in helping ambitious companies build sustainable growth. They have an outstanding reputation across all technology sectors and are looking to build on an already award-winning programme of growth.

The Role:

• Overseeing a significant portfolio of technology clients
• Seasoned and inspirational confidant for clients, leading them through integrated communication strategies seamlessly
• An ear to the ground for the latest innovations and changes in the industry
• Proven ability to drive and win new business and the ability to balance new business opportunities with the organic growth of your client portfolio
• Able to deliver compelling campaign narrative on behalf of the client to hit business objectives
• Creative and strategic thinker with an integrated comms mindset
• Passionate about tech, with an ability to combine comms skills with commercial aptitude
• A senior leader able to inspire your team and clients alike

Skills:

• 8+ years’ experience within the tech and B2B comms space
• A strong, proven track record in B2B integrated technology communications
• Excellent and proven leadership ability with desire to motivate and develop a team
• Strategic, proactive and innovative thinking, both for clients and the consultancy
• Experience working with global brands; understanding the need for localisation
• Superb client relationship skills
• Experience of resource and budget management
• A solid network of influencer contacts spanning media, social media and wider stakeholders
• An entrepreneurial outlook, backed up by solid new business experience and a strong track record in organic growth of client budgets
• The ambition to motivate and nurture your team in supporting agency goals
• Experience of managing team capacity
• An ability to multi-task and keep your cool under pressure
