On the lookout for a talented and ambitious Consultant with a passion for business and financial communications. This high profile, fully integrated consultancy provides all aspects of strategic counsel to clients withing the FTSE100, business leaders and CEO’s.
Primarily, this will sit in support of the agency’s financial clients but it’s anticipated that the perfect candidate will be able to work across sectors and have the desire to be wide-ranging in their perspectives.
So, if you’re eager to learn, intellectually curious, collaborative and creative and relish working on brand championing, reputation management, executive profiling, IPO’s, crisis management, media relations, ESG stewardship and governance issues, then there should be more than enough here to keep you focussed.
Responsibilities will include
Clients will include numerous FTSE100 and blue-chip companies, so previous work with high profile clients and/or robust consultancy is valued
- Providing the highest quality of service to your clients and playing a pivotal role in driving forward all key activity
- Delivering regular insight and analysis in support of client reputational, financial, and strategic objectives
- Prepare for and respond to live issues, crises, and other high stakes moments
- Support clients to communicate their positions to business-critical stakeholders
- Being an integral part of a strong team culture and fun working environment
- Contribute to new business by developing own external network and seek opportunities for organic growth
- Identifying and building relationships with clients’ target media
- Generating creative ideas to bring campaigns to life via media and digital channels
- Stay well informed and share knowledge with teams and clients
Candidate Specification:
- A strong agency background and experience of working with big brand, blue chip accounts
- Excellent oral, written and digital communications skills
- Appetite for numeracy and analysis of company strategy and performance
- Ability to build good client relationships, the media and team members
- Ability to make valuable contributions in internal and external meetings
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, the media and team members.
- Experience generating good quality research and presenting insights
- Enthusiasm about creativity and campaigning as well as managing reputational risk
- A positive, flexible and ambitious team player
- Works well under pressure
