Mat Cover Associate Director (opportunity to go perm too) needed for September start with this award-winning Mayfair based luxury, lifestyle PR agency. You would work across a diverse client portfolio from luxury destinations and real estate to private aviation, luxury drinks and jewellery with a focus on environmental issues, sustainability and ESG.

You would work alongside the co-founders, as a senior member of the agency, playing a key role as part of the senior team, be the ultimate lead for clients and in shaping the overall strategy concept, delivery and execution

 The Role:

• Ideate and lead overall strategy including media relations, partnerships, events, influencer management
• Team leadership and mentoring – part of the agency’s senior management team
• Support the agency growth and development plans, looking to stay ahead of the industry curve
• Develop client rapport and relationships
• Identify new business opportunities as well as opportunities for organic growth and lead on writing and managing pitches
• Support with team hiring and development

Skills:

• Experience in consumer and corp comms with a background in luxury, lifestyle sectors
• Knowledge of working across ESG campaigns would be beneficial
• Creative thinker – leading brainstorms, providing insights and ideas and creating innovative campaigns
• Strong client facing skills
• Highly commercial and able to play a key role in new business, targeting and leading
• Finger on the pulse in terms of the news and media agenda within the luxury industry
• Keen understanding of the media landscape as well as media and stakeholder connections
• Digital and social media experience and influencer mgt skills
• Team leaderships skills – able to motivate and develop
• Financially adept for client budgeting
• Experience managing mid to large scale events
• Global perspective – foreign languages a bonus
