High profile, London based, creative talent representation agency seek an ambitious, resilient individual to join their team.

Representing the very best Hair, Make-up, Styling, TV and Influencer Talent, this agency works across live catwalk shows; high profile fashion campaigns and editorial shoots; to film premieres and red carpet appearances. They also offer a unique location and venue finding service.

This position will hold a pivotal position within the agency, maintaining the link between client and artist whilst supporting the team in the proactive delivery of all agency business and development.

This a permanent, office-based role, driving opportunity, session work, filming schedules and working with the relevant media platforms (editorial/advertising); delivering and managing artist talent, diary liaison and bookings.

The Role:

• Artist management – proactively delivering opportunity
• Client liaison – dealing with day-to-day client needs
• Opportunity seeking – both quantitative and qualitative
• Working with high profile, aspirational creatives in the delivery of their work

Candidate specifications:

• A relevant background in talent management, PR or creative industry strongly desired
• Excellent client and artist handling skills: ability to forge and develop these relationships
• The ability to think and act proactively, with a strong negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• High energy, great communication and inter-personal skills
• Organised, efficient with good attention to detail
• Intuitive ability to spot opportunity and exposure development
• A sense of humour and calm head
