London’s leading luxury, corporate and beauty wellness platform, seeks an experienced Event and New Business Executive, to join their growing team.

Ideally, you’ll have a good understanding of B2B client work with a growing contacts book, be experienced in curating customer/brand events and instore presentations, plus delivering VIC events, press days and influencer events.

You’ll be working as an integral part of a tight team, setting up regular meetings for the MD and providing quarterly updates for feedback and strategic planning purposes. In addition, you’ll also be delivering high-end, red-carpet events one minute, and launch parties, instore activations or office soirees the next. Working with industry recognised professionals across projects that are perfectly executed to meet high expectations, this position will require pace and attitude.

This is a permanent, office-based role (London), driving New Business, and working with a team of hair, make-up artists, manicurists and beauty experts to guarantee a successful event.

The Role:

• New Business (B2B) – proactively seeking opportunity (commission based)
• Event management and artist liaison
• Servicing London, Manchester, UK and International brand activations and events
• Client liaison – close collaboration in all aspects of project delivery
• Providing relevant support for In-Store Events, Press Junkets, Dailies for Film and TV
• Supporting high profile, aspirational creatives in the execution of their work

 Candidate specifications:

• Experienced in B2B event management (a creative industry background strongly desired)
• Excellent client liaison and multiple artist handling skills
• The ability to think and act proactively, with strong negotiation/presentation skills
• Sound commercial acumen and ability to seek out New Business opportunities
• High energy, objective hitting with great communication and inter-personal skills
• Organised, efficient with sound attention to detail
• Intuitive ability to spot opportunity
• A collegiate, calm under pressure style with attitude!
