Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Director with a background in social impact/purpose-led to take on a year-long maternity cover. This northern based agency (open to hybrid/flexi working) is looking for an enthusiast, energetic Senior PR who can step into this role and work on a portfolio of clients across education, third sector and healthcare.

The Role:

• Being the senior point of contact for clients, providing comms counsel and building client/stakeholder relationships.
• Manging a portfolio of accounts
• Media relations and developing strategic, creative comms programmes
• Team management
• Organic business growth, identifying additional opportunities within the client base
• New business – leading pitches and proactively generating opportunities.
• Training and mentoring for junior team members.

Candidate specifications.

• B2B PR agency background and want to take your career beyond traditional PR.
• Love working on social impact and purpose led campaigns and clients who make a difference
• High level creative energy and keen to explore bold ideas and unique approach to problem-solving.
• Can communicate well with clients, anticipate their requirements, and deliver exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have experience leading and motivating teams, inspiring your colleagues to do their best work.
