Looking for an Account Executive or recently promoted Senior Account Executive with an interest in property, real estate, and communications to join this boutique, independent and centrally located PR agency with an unrivalled reputation in the corporate infrastructure, built environment. Role:

• Client access for the start – this agency is keen that all colleagues interact and foster relations with their valued, long standing clients
• Will require a keen interest in the varying aspects of real estate, destination marketing and place making but also inquisitive about wider issues and the political agenda.
• Develop good understanding of media, crafting and drafting news content and thought leadership
• A keen interest in working in a vibrant corporate comms role
• Actively contribute to agency marketing events and networking
• Contribute to account administration including reports, monitoring, meetings, briefing documents
• Develop client relations and wider network
• Participate in new business

Skills:

• A strong communicator – verbal and written
• Knowledge and interest in general news cycle
• Highly organised and attention to detail
• Self-starter and enthusiastic, with ‘can-do’ attitude
• Good research skills
• Interest in engaging with the local, b2b and national media
• Ambitious and keen to develop new skills

• An interest in community dynamics and in the working relationship with local stakeholders
• An interest in how people accept change to their local built environment, development and regeneration projects
